Project Objectives
The Project is envisaged to improve the infrastructure services in selected local authorities in less-developed areas of Sri Lanka. 108 Local Authorities have been identified to be improved under the Project. The project will also support the institutional strengthening of the local authorities for improved and sustainable service delivery through business process reengineering and the development of their information technology (IT) systems.
